He has successfully completed the selection, implementation of an integrated ERP systems and creation of performance measurement metrics and reporting for a National ETO Signage Company. An assignment that drove their double digit growth without adding layers of support personnel. Ben's skills include the ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization – from the shop floor to the Board Room – as well as with investors, lenders, legal staff and outside accountants. This enables him to quickly identify strategic and operational issues and develop straightforward, practical solutions that CAN BE implemented in a short period of time. He has a proven background in process reengineering and innovative problem solving to achieve performance improvement objectives.
