Results Realized by Our Clients

Results are in the "eye of the beholder" and directly influenced by each organization’s ability to "absorb change".  The rate of change for each organization will be governed in each engagement by – management’s commitment, the complexity of the issues and the time horizon in which the change must be completed.

The sense of urgency to change is directly related to the "threat to existence" felt by the organization.  When there isn't an immediate threat  - strong financial position, but we want to be better - the process of change will usually take longer than one in which the threat is immediate - cash flow is negative and the lenders are at the door!  Unfortunately, as in many situations, it is far easier to avoid the commitment if there is not a threat to ones existence.

Clearly defining the time available to complete the change is essential to achieve desired results.  Without management’s TOTAL commitment to the change process – no matter how significant the opportunity – success is “a wish” not a “planned for result”.  Should you want more information on the following examples of "real results", please contact us using this Information Request Form.
